We will spend a great deal of time looking at the 14th Amendment. This will involve the different standards for race and gender. If there is time, we will continue on with more of the amendments. We will do a hypothetical case involving the Miranda Rights. Students will have to state the facts, legal issue, arguments for both sides, and what they think the outcome will be.
